not sure I can take neem as I am sensitive to lots of things be it herbs or meds....
I haven't got any neem I know that

trying the basic plan of ech/cay/garlic/ and wellness formula ..and hot steamy showers and chest rub and nasal irrigation and throw some herbal teas into the mix too..

appreciate ya though for taking the time to post
