Hi, Whilst on holiday a year ago I spontaneously developed severe swelling and water retention in my face. I couldn't figure out what had caused it and for the next few months I did some research and found out that I had candida. Since then I've been fighting candida every day for a year and now 98% of my symptoms have improved to the point that sometimes I forget I've still got this affliction. But one thing still remains and that it the puffy face. It has improved greatly in the last year so I am certain it caused by candida but I would really like to be rid of it. I am thinking that since I had had candida for such a long time before this had happened that this is reversible even without having to get rid of the candida completely. Can anyone share any remedies that have helped for them? I would be very grateful as it affects my confidence so greatly that sometimes I dislike going out in public for days on end.
