Nerves makes sense... Mirena screws with our nervous system. Its why my arms and legs go numb all the time, why I wake at night with my arms in excruciating pain.. its all nerves.

I have had more weird jaw/cheek muscle stuff, but some twitching by my nose.

You are not alone.
