I haven't got any eucalyptus oil but I do have the all natural chest rub that has that in it I assume that I had forgotten about till now . hehe
I feel the worst in the mornings but right now I am not so bad .. will try that with the rub I got mixed in some boiling water and see what happens .and I will rub some of that on my throat/chest area tonight before bedtime too.
I do have a sinus irrigator also that looks like a big syringe I could use but haven't really thought about that either so I will give it a go
