yea, i know nothing about iodine. what i would want to do is get enough to give both kinds of iodine an honest shot to see if they will benefit me. i'm gonna have to dip in my life line savings but i want to try it becuase i just want to feel better.

what is magnascent and what is sski? the sski has a form of iodine in it too? how much would i need to take and for how long? what is iodine supposed to do to help with candida and heavy metals?
