I am writing to clarify...My Acne was horrible, every pore broke out. It itched, it hurt so bad! I had Acne ALL OVER MY FACE for 5 years. I had used every home remedy including:(all applied topically) milk of magnesia, Sea Salt , table salt , ocean water, milk, yogurt, sea clay, , Bentonite clay, a/c vinegar, plain vinegar, toothpaste, head and shoulders,lemon juice,witch hazel, alcohol, tea trea oil, vitamin e, honey, egg whites, herbal/black teas, garlic, castor oil, aspirin, dandelion juice, oatmeal, etc. etc...every Acne product, vitamins, minerals, prescription pills, washes, and medications, etc. I am a bottle blonde, I had even henna'd my hair red (which was awful) because I thought that I might be allergic to hair dye. BELIEVE ME, I HAVE TRIED IT ALL. It IS a gluten allergy. I am not trying to sell anything, like the responses that I have gotten are...don't waste your money trying yet another product!!! Now, I don't use anything special for my face, and I have 3 (hormonal) pimples. Please, just try going gluten free. I think that a lot of people probably have the same problem!
