I have definitely been there. I paid a naturopath almost $10,000 for 6 months supply of mineral tonics, herb tinctures, shark cartilage, and other stuff. He had me taking almost 100 pills a day.

To his credit it did improve my health, but afterward I had no idea how to keep improving or maintain my progress. I basically ran out of money and had to find better options which led me to here.

Before I went to the Naturopath, I was spending almost $100 a pop at my local health food store, buying every kind of thing that I read on the internet could help my condition. None of it produced lasting results and now that I learned about the fundamentals of how my body works through the teachings of this forum, I realize that much of the stuff I was doing was actually making me worse.

My humble recommendation...stop everything you are doing...start on the baths and the drink diligently for two weeks and report your results.
