Be as aggressive as you can about reducing NPN and increasing food quality!!! Many of the symptoms that you are describing begin to come back for me when I am a bit less careful with this.

As unfair as it seems, those sickest who find it hardest to make major changes need them most.

Do NOT get discouraged, just keep paying attention and doing your best meal by meal and day by day.

Pray specifically for what you need, and expect an answer. There IS a Great Physician who is NOT just "practicing". He WANTS to help each of us who will humble ourselves enough to admit we need help and ask him for it.
