Correction...

I was facing double knee replacements OR a wheelchair... came close (within months - had knee replacement consult), but no cigar; :-)

I did spend 3 hours teaching and practicing martial arts yesterday... it is not kickboxing, but it is a martial art that does have a heavy kicking influence.

As I have stated before, Hv has some great information... he just disagrees strongly on a few points that he does not comprehend or understand the same as I do.

I really doubt that there are many on these boards, or perhaps in the world that have done as much research on this protocol, most especially on the limewater, kelp, and switchel separately, and their very long history (since recorded time) of use, as I have...

For instance I understand that the efficacy of herbs, spices and foods in healing is about their quality and specific mineral content... as I have posted before, certain families of plants have a tenancy to accumulate certain minerals... such as the astragallus family and selenium... basil and chromium, etc.

And then there is my background double major of organismal biology and ecology with quite a bit of botony and zoo biology thrown in, which, I believe, helped me to understand (eventually; after throwing out and letting go of the ego) the synergistic nature of all that is.

Answer: Thank-you for correcting me about the wheelchair, I was not sure without going thru all the past posts.

I will also agree with you that Hv has some Good info about some herbs etc and have stated so several times in the past!

It is hard from some to overcome their Ego as you have mentioned!

I have mentioned many times that when I am Unable to find the Solution to a problem that I first must admit to myself that I too have become Deceived, before I am able to find the Truth and then be able to Solve the problem!

This is just the Simple Fact of Life!

When We let our Ego stand in our way we Limit ourself and are only fooling ourself!
