I have been experiencing pain in my left arm, shoulder blade and neck. It is causing me to lose sleep and is starting to wear me out! I am fighting to not take any painkillers.....and have not even taken tylenol or anything like this......just natural things. I am currently taking multivitamins, b-complex, cal-mag with vit D2, and fish oil.....just started about 2 weeks ago. I have yet to see a doctor as i have no health insurance. I am thinking a chiropractor if and when i do go. I am trying to cure this myself without doctors. ANy advise???
