When you have to supplement, using the lacto device peacelovinggirl is referring to is an excellent way to go, since it will stimulate the breast to make more milk. I would also recommend that you find some fresh, local goats milk to use instead of formula. This still contains live enzymes and is not as constipating as formula will be.
