 Do let us know about your silicon citrate and the benefits you experience HV.Much obliged.

I have been using the silcon citrate in my water for about a year now.  It has the same effect on my nails as the DE does, hardening them.  So other than being cleaner there should be no difference between the citrate and DE.  In fact DE is most likely the starting point for silicon citrate as it is for most silica supplements.
