I've tried the adaptogen ashwagandha, and it did nada. Dr. Lam says that some of these adaptogens, if your AF case is moderate to severe, have a stimulatory (negative) effect.

His method is to start you out on generic Rite Aid vitamin C, ramp you up on that for a week, and then have you take four different kinds of special Vit C the second week. I don't know where he goes after that, mainly because I was so freaked out I never followed up...
