The Drugs of choice for Brain parasites are Praziquantel and Albendazole. Vermox is good mostly for intestinal parasites and can cause dissemination, especially with Tapeworm, so it's better to take Vermox first and backup afterwards with the others.
I went the Meds route after killing something(s?) big in my Head with my Rife a few months ago. I got really sick with Flu-like illness for a couple weeks. It was so bad and I wasn't getting any better, so I broke down and went to a Quack for Antibiotics (Amoxicillin-Clavulanate) Then I used Praziquantel, Albendezanole, and Vermox to clean up.
Keep in mind it has to be really bad before I resort to something like this.
Anyone that goes this route should also get a steroid for inflammation like Dexamethasone (which targets the Head area) because killing anything in the Brain causes swelling which could turn out to be quite dangerous.
I used Dexamethasone sparingly (as needed) to keep swelling down. I stopped all of the Meds after ample time because of concern over damaging the Liver (That's why Rife is better)
It takes a long time to clear out any dead parasites from your Head. I still get slight swelling in the form of a bag under my left eye, but it's nowhere near as bad as it was after I killed the big Critters.
Also keep in mind that anyone could have several different Parasites to deal with at the same time and they can keep breeding or replicating....
