The only way you are going to get rid of Crohn's or any other chronic disease is to restore the VDR. Check out Dr. Trevor Marshall's video's at Vimeo.com and his websites at http://www.curemyth1.org.
Also Amy Proal's videos are great and her and Paul's article is excelent, "The Truth about Vitamin D" and if you have doubts about the Vitamin D information check out this article by them also, "Second-guessing the consensus on Vitamin D."

This is a new break through discovered by him a couple of years ago. There are over 5,000 people on his protocol and they are almost all getting better. It is unbelievable. I just started the protocol last week.
