I am going to offer my opinion as both a former Rife user and parasite sufferer. Rife can work effectively if you have the correct frequency. Not every organism is the same so the freqs are not the same, but you should check the freq list for worms and see if there is a consensus.

I think that medications (herbal or prescriptions) would be a more logical choice. I really don't know of anyone who has killed parasites with Rife but I do know people who have killed them with medications.

You could go the route and get tested (please contact me for the right testing method if you decide this) then present the test results to the right doctors for treatment. Or you could bypass this and just treat the parasites. If you decide this you should post on the parasite Drug forum and on parasite forum here on CZ. There was a poster on the Parasite Drug forum who had a similar situation (contact me if you want details).

There are several herbal dewormers that you could choose from and Vermox or Albendazole would be the prescriptive choices in which you can purchase without a doctor's scriipt (again contact me if you want this info).

Don't get yourself too worked up over this, this is easier said than done :)
