true. too late though i shaved and got a hair cut. I just got to do something about that irritation if it comes back. I suppose it must be the seb derm, and i read somewhere that it might help do shave for the the oil or stuff that gets on your skin. Im just gonna exercise as much as possible and have a healthy diet. But i smoke and drink frequently.
