Over the last couple of weeks, I thought I was having fever, but since it's not really all the time, I'm starting to think it is hot flashes.

The thing is....I'm on 2mg of Bioidentical Estradial every day, and I sure don't want to go up on the dose, as this is already pretty high, and my mother had breast cancer.

I've tried "regular" hormones, and had a lot of severe side effects...basically I simply can't tolerate them at all.

Doing without hormones is not an option either, because my memory loss scares me badly, and I get severe Acne too.

What should I do now?
