If they did find the vegetable proved just as affective, would it have to be consumed raw i wonder.
I have broccoli at least once a week, but always cooked.
That watercress is awkward stuff to eat lol Just had a nice watercress and tinned mackeral sandwich, but it goes everywhere. Perhaps i should chop it up first.
Can you grow in a bucket of water in the garden, i mean does it need nutrients from a pond or something. Or could i add something to the water. The stuff in the polybags never look that good.
Any gardeners out there?
