Hey guys,
thanks for the replies here. I just got the Colema board yesterday, so will be getting into using that regularly as soon as time permits here. Been working a lot of hours, 6/7 days a week etc too. So on top of feeling bad, its been hard to get even some time to put towards feeling good. Adding a light coffee solution to the colonic water can be very effective in detoxing the liver too.

I also ordered some Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and it should be here today or early next week. My gut says it will be good for me, fingers crossed.

What about diatomaceous earth? Supposedly is really good for "husking" the garbage from the inside of your intestines. Seems like it would be good to combine with a colon cleansing routine. Also have been considering OxyPower.

As far as types of fats, so far have found that cheeses, nuts (macadamia, peanut), creams (sour, whipping), and even olive oil all cause incredible irritation. Was doing the olive oil / lemon juice morning mini flush thing I felt awful for hours afterwards, had to stop.

But hoping this is all just my body clearing out toxins and garbage. I guess we'll see how the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and colonics affect things.

Thanks for the help!
