Hello happy flushers!

I just finished a ten day fast, and am entering the break. After a good strong break, when my digestion reestablishes well and I am feeling strong, I will do a nice liver flush.

I shall then be April Fresh! In September yet! Looking forward to it.

Meanwhile, my best to everyone out there cleansing.
