I believe the book says 6-12 10 oz. glasses. Read up! The book has all this stuff in black and white, then if you have questions we can help. You can also see FAQs for this forum.

Drinking all that water is absolutely a good idea. You want to keep your kidneys flushing and your body well hydrated.
