I had put a comment in the forum from someone who said that Grapefruit seed extract mouthwash helped them a lot. But the link wouldn't work so I found another link after doing research.  I was going to try the actual grapefruit seed extract but I take meds. Here is a link that will give you information. It's also good for other things, I'm gonna try it  (the mouthwash)  it even helps that  tonsilitis and infections.
