Thank you for this post! I have been suffering from this condition for about 6 months now and finally saw a dermatologist yesterday who wants to put me on doryx which is a form of tetracycline. After reading so many posts from people who have tried this, I didn't have much hope.

I am going to try the violet extract! Thank you. I will let everyone know how it works. Thanks for giving me some kind of hope!
