Just to 2nd wondermint's journey, I, too, had a similar experience with IBS, as well as years of Antibiotics and 2 rounds of accutane for acne. I had severe Acne and rosacea for years. I followed a lot of similar procedures as wondermint (i.e. Solaray's Yeast Cleanse, using Vitamineral green pow, altering my diet, and enemas) and within the past few months my skin has cleared up (really, this is a big deal for me). It's the best it has looked since I was pre-pubescent. I can't emphasize enough how important enemas or colonics are, esp. when you are detoxing in the beginning, but also at regular intervals as you progress (I was doing enemas 3-4x a mo. for a few mo.). They really will help with the brain fog and sluggishness.
