Hey so I'm doing a water fast. And I have leaky gut w/ candida. Which is why I'm doing the Water Fast to let myself heal faster.

I kinda feel like I want to take herbs, amino acids, etc just to help the process.

-L-Glutamine
-Chloropyll
-Black Walnut Oil
-Mastic Gum

Will this make the fast work less?

The inflammation in my stomach feels better w/ the L-Glutamine.
