Thanks for that. I'm just pondering on ringing the changes and making broth then freezing the vegetables to make soup for another day. I'm drinking more and more vegetable juices and less fruit juices as the sweetness of the fruit is too much for me now. Maybe a day or two of broth would keep me going. I'd like to do the 30 days just because I promised myself I would. I think the time will pass quickly enough if I stopped thinking too much!
