Hi Zoebess,
I used to be on this forum a lot a couple of years ago when I did a 21 day fast and I used to follow your adventures and advice the whole time. You were really inspirational.
I'm doing a juice fast as the last time I did an Master-Cleanse I got to hate the mixture to the extent that I can't imagine ever taking it again.
Thank you for your thoughts. I think I just wanted to get the second Liver Flush out of the way as quickly as possible. My iron levels were really high after the last juice fast and thought maybe a flush would regulate that a bit.
I can't wait to finish. It's been easy all the way through up to the last few days when all I can do is count the hours to starting afresh with food (carefully of course!)
