Dome, I find your views and comments to Cash as being extremely narrow minded.  A water faster saying to a MCer, you're not fasting would equate with a dry faster telling your group, "hey, y'all ain't really fasting"!?!?

Any time you stop the body from the energy consuming effort of digestion, you're fasting.......
