One reason I do question the forcing if vaccines is that in itself violates a number of laws.  This includes forcing if a medical procedure.  So there are a lot of contradictory laws that would have to be taken off the books to pull something like this off.  And even if they did that the vaccines could still be challenged since no vaccine has undergone the safety and effectiveness tests that every drug is supposed to undergo.  This could tie the issue up in the Courts for decades.
