magnesium citarate ground up i think 800mg
also magnesium powder that oxygenates, can't remember what form but i think that works.

i had the same problem with the burning from the epsoms (oo + juice didnt hurt at all). for me it literally seared my skin. i took apple juice with the epsoms i'm sure that didn't help.

i may try a lower dose of Epsom Salts and see if i get results. i got some stones out with modified version using citarate, however not as many or as big as with the Epsom Salts .

also what everyone on here told me was to get skin salve and lubricate your butt areas *prior* to taking the epsoms.
