hi kat

i've struggled with pretty much everything you've listed for what seems like most of my life (i'm 30 now). basically i've spent a good part of the last 20 years trapped in a nightmare trying to work out what the hell has been wrong with me and it was only this year that i was diagnosed with ME/chronic fatigue. anyway i thought i might be able to help ...

basically the conclusion i have personally come to is that trauma is at the root of it all - as unresolved trauma results in the body basically malfunctioning which leads to toxicity and all the typical symptoms you describe.

just my opinion but two books that have really made a difference for me are 'waking the tiger' by peter levine and 'cleanse and purify thyself' by rich anderson. the two approaches to it all that have made (by far) the most difference are colonics and craniosacral therapy. qi gong, yoga and meditation have also really helped. it's quite amazing how you feel when your head starts to clear and life isn't such an uphill battle!

in summary i think a good approach would be a good supervised cleanse/fast with herbs to clear out the toxicity followed by craniosacral sessions to release any trauma residue.

hope this helps! anyway hang in there - there is light at the end of the tunnel and while it may not seem like it now, the indescribable way you feel as you start coming through it makes it all seem worthwhile ... :-)

good luck!
