I got the polio vaccine - the first one offered and the follow-ups. I didn't get polio or any other related illness. My children also go polio vaccines and they are polio free and have no related illness. The same goes for my entire extended family - over 200. So, vaccines may cause problems in some people, but certainly not in the majority of people.
