Good post.
I believe that Pyroluria is Not genetic but rather an infection, most likely fungal. It responds quickly to natural foods in less than one hour (temporarily) but permanent decrease takes several months of consistent work.
Genetic conditions can't be reversed, but Pyroluria can.
