Hi all,
I have a friend coming over tomorrow night to help me get out of the bathtub so I can take my "first ever" tub soak!
Now, I've gone over and gone over the posts here until I have totally confused myself!

Please...

for my first soak, which bath combinations should I use?
Not sure if the BS is good for me or not. I do react well to more salt/sodium in my diet though.

However, should I use lime water? Baking Soda? Apple Cider Vinegar? HELP!
