Capsules, as follows;
Nature's Way Ashwagandha, 500 mg. each
Solary Schandra, 580mg. each
Amla by Pure Planet, 54.4 mg vit c/ 2 tablets
Now brand Bee Pollen, 3000 mg/tsp

I've been taking the Ashwagandha and Schizandra for a couple of days and have been feeling very anxious. I started the Amla and bee pollen yesterday. Although I seem to have more energy, I feel tired and unable to focus and concentrate at the same time, along with feeling anxious...not calm at all...also takng about 100 billion probiotics 3 times a day.
