I'm 19 and I can vouch that Liver Flushing works. My first 10 flushes releases hundreds of stones, and my results weren't as substantial as I would've liked, but I followed through with them. Now that I've done 19 flushes, stones no longer come out, and my skin is 100% clear. Previously, I could not handle eating sugars and starches in combination with meats and other proteins, which would cause me to break out. Now, I can do this without any problems. My digestion is just amazing. As for my mood and sleep improvements, that's another topic for another day. :)
