I've used the Hulda Clark recipe all five times, but with the addition of a quart of apple juice every day for a week before the 4th and 5th purges. I want to try the full 8 ounces of olive oil next time. Incidentally, I take the oil straight, a swallow at a time, then immediately chase each swallow with a slug of grapefruit juice. I hold my breath until the grapefruit juice is in my mouth.
