Thanks for all the replies and info.

Yes, I was determined to follow Clark's liver cleanse just like she said the first time, so I continued with the Epsom Salts despite the burning bum. :)I'm glad to hear a lower dose of Epsom Salts worked for you, and I think this is what I'll try on liver cleanse 2 in a couple of weeks. I'll let ya'll know my results. If burning is still a problem I may investigate other options to dilate the bile duct for the 3rd cleanse, if there are any.

You mentioned senna tea, I wondered if you used this to replace the Epsom Salts , or just to help remove toxins?

Thanks for the info on the coffee enema. I have done one before, but I did not use plain water first. I think I'll try this next time. Do you do this the day AFTER the liver cleanse?
