If you have Lyme you wait until they are active and then use the Rife.

If they are active in your intestines I would use Zymex 2. As it probably won't agitate them. It will dissolve them.

Also do a set with a back frequency above 1 MHZ as the intestines are harder to reach with a pad machine.
