Thanks Somer. The water only is more difficult than juice fasting, but I think most of that (for me) is psychological.

I also want to express a specific thank you to you. When I first started fasting years ago, I found this site and your posts were/are a great help to me. Thank you very much for you desire and effort in helping people out.
