That is great that you are interested in water fasting. But drinking tea during a Water Fast would ruin the whole idea. Please take note that this community clarifies to only write about water ONLY fasts.

I disagree with everyone that suggested that tea is okay. Tea can be fasting but not a water ONLY fast.

I suggest you try drinking only water and come back with your thoughts.
