Interesting! I have had similar experience. I did four years of intensive cleansing, including lots of MCs and juice fasts, and have recently gravitated to water. I will start an MC, then suddenly want only water. I did two days of lemonade, and have now done six days of water since, and still have no desire for lemonade or food. I feel great (a little weaker than on the juice), do some light activity and plan to go to day 10, then see how things go from there.

For a fact, I could not have fasted on water prior to the heavy duty industrial cleansing I have done. It would have killed me! Juices are very supportive and were there when I need them. I just don't seem to need them just now. I would not hesitate to chug some if I did! Nothing wrong with "layering" a fast.

I do a plain water enema on off days, and it lifts my energy significantly.

Good to see someone having a similar experience! Have a great cleanse. I'm sitting out a hurricane and drinking lots of water... feeling good! Hope wherever you are, you're doing as well.
