I skipped them the first time...and I was up all night and got very little sleep....could have just been nervous...for all I knew a golf ball would come shooting out of my behind...lol

The second time I took 8 capsules and I slept great...of course I no longer had the golf ball fears...however, I will not do another flush without them.
