Hello there!
I have noticed that Southern Belle are taking Epsom salt, 1 tsp. every morning, right?
Do you do it for the flushing result or because of your MVP (heart problem)?
Do you think it is safe for me to take the same dose of Magnesium Sulfas.. without having this diagnosis.
Is it dangerous to take if the heart sometime is beating too fast.
Can I substitute magnesium in tablet form with this MS.
For those of you with MVP and taking ES, has it helped with your cold hands and feet?
