Your question: Hallo from Germany :)

I read your entry regarding Nascent Iodine and was quite impressed. Because I often have a cold and my very best friend has stoped smoking we decided to do some detox and I bought this magnetic clay bath.
Then I also saw this product Nascent Iodine and because I am always so tired I thought it was a good idea to buy it, but then I saw your letter.
Because I think you have a lot of knowledge, what would you recommend to detox even more? Or is it a good idea at all?
I would love to hear from you...
Btw, have you heard of the product-range elemis? They also offer a detox supplement which says it´s a deep dranage...well, I´m a little bit confused about all that stuff, maybe it´s enough to just detox with the clay bath?
