Wow! Thanks, Doodlebug, for this VERY informative post!! I have had these same exact symptoms!! Thank God I have not been experiencing them nearly as much since I began an intensive weight training/cardiovascular routine three times a week. This really calms my own fears about what my heart has been up to in the past. I feel like I can rest easy until it begins happening again, if it ever does!
