I am going to do my first Liver Flush this weekend. I am going to do the the Dr. Hulda Clark 's Liver Cleanse and Gallbladder Flush Recipe. I have read on this site that they say to take 4 Ornithine Capsules before going to bed. Has anyone done this flush WITHOUT taking the Ornithine? Is is necessary to take the Ornithine? I understand that it will help you sleep, but I usually don't need any help.
