Hi I guess there's also a better way to learn eft or emotional freedom technique. It is greatly pioneered by Gary Craig on his eft training page here http://www.emofree.com/eft-training/eft-training.html
He uses an in dept tapping technique which can be easily learned by so many who wants to learn eft and share it with friends and family. this is also his main site http://www.emofree.com/
