I try to a flush every 2 weeks, but have at times waited 4 weeks because of travel etc. that averages a flush every 2 1/2 weeks. I have been useing Hulda Clark 's flush, exept that i drink 1 full cup of olive oil, with 1 full cup of lemon juice, and 4 tablespoons of epson salts in 3 cups of water.
